There is no official spring survey in 2024, but you can still submit your collision report when you encounter collisions on campus.


2023 Fall Surveys

We are surveying 6 buildings + 3 bus shelters on the NCSU campus during the period of peak fall migration (Sep 21 – Oct 20, 2023) when birds are at the highest risk of collision-caused death.

We are conducting bird-window collision monitoring surveys at 6 buildings on the NCSU campus (Jordan Hall, Jordan Hall Addition, Student Health Center, Talley Student Union, Dabney Hall, and Hill Library) focused on fall migration season (Sept 29 – Oct 19, 2022).
